qui malgré leur pauvreté sont fiers et souriants.

          En écoutant et en échangeant, ces moments très simples deviendront de très beaux souvenirs.

          Ainsi votre voyage sera différent, enrichissant où l'essentiel sera l'autre et sa rencontre.

La convivialité éthiopienne

          Certains racontent que c'est un petit berger Kaldi, qui, ayant vu ses chèvres toutes excitées

présenta les fruits de l'arbre aux moines du monastère qui les jetèrent dans le feu

pour écarter toute malédiction et

         c'est ainsi que le BUNA ("bouna") un café très pur est né.

         En Ethiopie c'est un art de vivre,

la cérémonie qui incombe toujours à une femme suit toujours le même rituel.

         Devant elle, elle dépose une natte, au dessus des herbes,

un braséro avec du charbon de bois,

un mortier,

un brûle encens et un petit meuble où l'on met tasses et sucre et des morceaux d'encens.

Puis vient la ladjabana, une cafetière très particulière en terre et qui a un long cou !

on fait rôtir les grains de café qui seront ensuite broyés dans un mortier

et la poudre versée dans la cafetière avec de l'eau .

On met la cafetière sur le braséro et la magie agit !

en attendant ce délicieux liquide, on distribue des pop corns

et on discute dans une bonne odeur d'encens et de café !

      L'Ethiopie, berceau de l'humanité, est aussi le berceau de la littérature orale.

Montrant l'or à son épouse, celle-ci crut qu'il l'avait volé

et alors le couple se disputa !

Les époux passèrent une nuit épouvantable

craignant à chaque instant d'être volés et tués !

 Alors le pauvre coordonnier rendit l'or

et dit à l'homme très riche qui vivait dans le palais :

"Je vous rends votre or qui, en seulement une journée et une nuit,

a failli détruire toute ma vie

car certes je suis pauvre mais je suis serein !

 Le vieil homme riche qui vivait dans une somptueuse demeure reprit l'argent

car il savait que le pauvre petit coordonnier avait raison

et que ce n'est pas l'argent qui donne un sens à la vie ! "
